Third for UK in Junior Eurovision
Updated 16 November 2003, 13.09
Dino from Croatia was the winner
UK singer Tom Morley finished third in the first ever Junior Eurovision competition, held in Denmark.

My Song For The World, which 10-year-old Tom wrote himself and was inspired by the war in Iraq, couldn't beat the Croation entry.

Dino, 11, was named the winner with his song, You Are My One And Only, with Spanish hope Sergio in second place.

Next year's competition will be held in Manchester in the UK, and will star children from 20 countries.

The Sugababes and Busted were also at the event, showing the young hopefuls what things could be like if they stick with singing.

Maybe Tom should have been singing for the UK in the adult version back in May, because Jemini didn't score any points at all then!
