Kim, 23, from Grimsby, was voted off the TV talent show on Saturday. Michelle and Roxanne joined her in the final three.
"The one thing I've got to look forward to is kisses with my babies. It's been very hard to be away," said Kim.
Kim's fuller figure was criticised by some of the judges, sparking a debate about pop being too image-based.
The theme for Saturday's show was Elton John songs, and the famous singer-songwriter, who recently had a hit with Blue, helped coach the hopefuls.
Kim chose a little-known song called The One and judge Simon Cowell reckoned that was a mistake.
He was proved right when the public voted to kick Kim out.
Susanne remains the favourite to win the competition. There are seven contestants left.
