Jacko opens Neverland home to 500 guests
Updated 27 August 2003, 14.37
Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson is going to allow 500 people to visit his Neverland ranch.

The one-off event is only available to people that Michael invites, and it will cost £3,000 for a pair of tickets.

The event, apparently happening on 13 September, will include dinner, magicians, a lorry load of toy animals and a goodie bag worth £600.

Some of the money from ticket sales will be going to charity, and Jackson will keep the rest, to pay for the party.

Is Jacko broke?

But some people think Jacko is more than a little bit broke.

The people who used to look after Michael's money claim that he owes loads of people and companies a lot of cash.

If Michael sold Neverland, which comes with its own fairground, it would probably make about £8 million.
