Nelly had planned to tour the UK in March, but he postponed the dates to help care for his 30-year-old sister, Jackie.
Jackie has leukaemia - a cancer of the blood.
Nelly recently launched a campaign called Jes Us 4 Jackie to raise awareness about the disease in the US.
