The boy band had been arguing in court with the 1970s Blue.
The old Blue wanted to stop the new Blue from using the name because they had it first.

So they tried to sue them and their record label for up to £5m.
But a judge has decided the bands could both stay Blue.
He said fans were hardly likely to confuse one band with the other because their ages would be so different.
