Jo, Paul, Rachel, Hannah, Bradley, Jon and Tina were picked from nearly 10,000 people hoping to make it into the big time in the music industry by the ex-manager of the Spice Girls, Simon Fuller.
They've had loads of hit songs, like Reach for the Stars, Don't Stop Movin' and a hugely successful TV show too.
And their first film, Seeing Double, is just out in the cinemas now.
The band are to make one more single, called Saying Goodbye on May 26th before splitting for good.
And at the same time as announcing S Club were to split, their mates S Club Juniors told the audience at the concert that they're to be called S Club 8 from now on.
