		Charlotte Church denies marriage rumours

Charlotte Church with boyfriend Steven Johnson

Teen singer Charlotte Church has blasted rumours that she's got engaged to her DJ boyfriend.

There were reports that Steven Johnson had popped the question to 17-year-old Charlotte while they were on holiday in Hawaii.

But a spokesman for Charlotte said the stories were "totally untrue".

Charlotte has started a pop career

There have been lots of rumours that Charlotte's parents don't approve of Steven, 18.

Charlotte's made lots of career changes lately. She's even pretty much given up her classical work and has had a huge chart hit, The Opera Song, with dance guru Jurgen Vries.
