The urban diva and the ex-Wham singer will team up to sing a version of George's 1987 hit Faith, with new words written especially for the event.
Both stars have made their feelings known about future military action as part of a campaign to make Iraq get rid of weapons of mass destruction.
His Shoot The Dog track had a controversial cartoon video which attacked the US and UK policy towards Iraq.
But the pair won't be appearing together on the night because George will be in America, so they'll link up using a live video link.
The Brits are on Thursday night.
