The 16-year-old has been rowing with her parents over her new boyfriend - DJ Steven Johnson.
Since she's been seeing him, Charlotte has been spotted smoking a cigarette and her parents have even tried to ban her from seeing him.
Charlotte's spokesperson hasn't commented on the story yet. But her former manager, Jonathan, said he wasn't surprised, but that what Charlotte was going through was normal.
"So she has had a row with her mother about her boyfriend, and what teenager hasn't?" he said.
