Pop Idol winner Will Young told Newsround that he wishes the band members luck for the future.
He said: " It's always really sad when people are working in the industry and then it all goes perhaps slightly wrong."
"I wish them the best of luck."
No surprise
Lisa Smosarski, the editor of Smash Hits, said the news was no big surprise.
"The problems
come down to the clash of their personalities, continuing negative gossip
and rumours, and their inability to gel as a band.
"Hear'Say stepped out with pride before they fell from public favour. They
knew their 15 minutes of fame had come to an end."
Rocky times
Just a few weeks ago, Hear'Say told CBBC Newsround Online they felt "really, really lucky because the fans have been so, so supportive" whilst they have been on a chart break.
But Suzanne, 21, told the Sun they felt like a pair of trainers - fashionable one minute and old news the next.
