When he collected his award for best male video the audience booed him and techno artist Moby seemed to get the full force of his anger.

He said that Moby was a girl and that he'd hit a man with glasses!

The other winners of the evening included Pink for best female video and Linkin Park for best rock video.

And the queen of pop, Britney Spears awarded the king of pop, Michael Jackson the "Artist of the Millennium" award."
