He is preparing to release his debut single and will be going head to head in a chart battle with none other than Miss Spears herself!

The song Colourblind is to be released on July 29 - the same day Britney releases her next single Boys.

'I can't wait'

He said: "It's going to be great day - I can't wait!"

He also told CBBC Newsround Online that if he could choose anyone to duet with, it would be Britney.

Album

"It would be my apology to her for murdering Baby One More Time. I look back at that now and I can't believe that it was two years ago!"

He wrote the single Colourblind himself and is working on an album that will be released in November.
