Boy band Blue might have to change their name 'cos they're being sued by another group.

A Scottish group called Blue, who've been together since the 70s, have launched a High Court claim against the boys.

They want to stop Duncan, Lee, Antony and Simon using the name Blue on their records.

Confusion

Blue perform at Party in the Park
Liberty X faced a similar court battle this year, and lost. They had to change their name 'cos there was already another group called Liberty.

The old group Blue are claiming that their reputation and record sales have been damaged because of the confusion over the name.

Boy band Blue's management have not made any comment so far.
