TV bosses have received more than 20,000 applications so far from young people who are desperate to appear on the show, the Daily Mirror reported.
And they're expecting more.

That's already double the amount of people who applied to be on last year's show.
But A Thames TV spokesman said they still weren't sure when auditions will start.
"Pop Idol has proved an incredibly popular phenomenon that keeps going," the spokesman said.
Pop Idol, which has made huge stars of Gareth Gates and Will Young, was one of the most successful TV shows last year. A whopping nine million people voted in the final.
