  Radio 1 reveals 'sister station'

Radio 1 is getting a 'sister station' which will play mostly cool urban music.

1Xtra will go live this summer and will be played on digital radio, Sky TV and the internet.

Top DJs on the new station will include Femme Fatale, DJ Semtex, DJ Excalibah and Ronnie Herel.

The sound will mainly be a mix of drum 'n' bass, underground, hip hop and ragga.

There'll also be music and entertainment gossip broadcast throughout the day.
