Pop group Liberty could be forced to change their name after losing a court battle.
The failed Popstars singers, who didn't make it into Hear'Say, have been told by a judge they must stop using their name.
They were taken to court by another group called Liberty, who had a few hits in Britain in the mid 90s.
Thinkin' It Over
The old Liberty said it could damage their reputation if there was another group with the same name, and people might get confused between the two.
Now Jessica, Michelle, Kelli, Kevin and Tony could be forced to choose another name for their band.
The five singers have had two hits with Thinkin' It Over and Doin' It.
But it's not all over for Liberty - they've been allowed to keep the name for six weeks while they appeal the court decision, and they could be allowed to have a new name with the word Liberty in it.
