Nick Carter, 21, was handcuffed after he refused to obey police and leave the nightclub in Tampa, Florida.
He was charged with resisting a law enforcement officer without violence.
Told to leave 10 times
He is due to appear in court on 4 March.

Carter is the second member of the band to face problems recently.
AJ McLean went into rehab last July to fight a drinking problem, causing the band to postpone their American tour.
