Fruit Aren't veggies missing out on essential vitamins?
No. A balanced vegetarian diet can provide all the vitamins and minerals we need to stay healthy.

The key to a healthy vegetarian diet, as with any other diet, is to eat a wide variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, plenty of leafy greens, whole grain products, nuts and seeds.

Beans, nuts, rice and wholegrains are a rich source of protein.
