How can I get help?
If you feel that you need support, it's important to try and involve other family members first.

You can get help from talking to friends and family or a trained helper (called a counsellor).

You can find counsellors by calling ChildLine for free on 0800 1111 or follow the links to the left.

If you feel suicidal, troubled or in despair you can also call the Samaritans 24 hrs a day on 03457 909090 or look in your local directory.
