Milk products can cause problems Food intolerance
This is a bit different to a full-blown allergy.

People can be food intolerant if their bodies don't have a certain chemical to digest certain foods, like milk and dairy products.

Your body can also take in a chemical called Histamine too quickly, which copies what happens in a true allergic reaction.

Food intolerance isn't usually life threatening, but it can cause rashes, stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhoea.
