How do I get help?
Sometimes people with cancer don't want to talk about it.

But you can help by knowing the facts and asking professionals for tips on how you can support someone with cancer.

The important thing is to let the person who has cancer know that you are there if they do want to talk.

The groups will also help you understand what's happening if you have cancer too.

Macmillan Cancer Relief charity runs a helpline called CancerLine Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm.
Telephone 0808 8082020

Or you can talk about worries you have in general to free advice line ChildLine.
Telephone 0800 1111

For more information you can visit their websites by clicking on the links on the left.
