What is anthrax?
Can you catch it from someone?
What are the symptoms?
How is it treated?
How many forms are there?
Is it easy to make?

Anthrax can infect three different ways:

  • Cutaneous- Caused by skin contact with the bacteria
    Symptoms: Unusual marks on your skin, but not painful.
    (See number 1 on above graphic)

  • Intestinal - Caused by eating infected meat
    Symptoms: Similar to food poisoning, leading to high fever
    (See numbes 3 + 4 on above graphic)

  • Respiratory - When you breathe in tiny particles of the bacteria and it makes breathing difficult
    Symptoms: Difficulty breathing and pneumonia
