Learn to control your feelings on the inside to help you relax.

Things to try are:

  • Deep breathing - imagine you are breathing through your bellybutton.

  • Counting to 10, very slowly.

  • Remember a calm time, like relaxing on a beach.

  • Gently stretch your body to keep your cool.
