A lemon How can I put my anger onto something else?
A harmless way of getting rid of your angry feelings is to use 'silly humour'.

Try to imagine the person or thing that is making you angry as the name you're wanting to call it.

For example, rather than calling someone a 'lemon' or a 'dirtbag', try to imagine a 'lemon' dressed up in their clothes and doing the things they do.

The sillier the idea, the better!
