Why do I feel angry?
How can I calm down?
How can I be more assertive?
How can I put my anger onto something else?
How else can I relax?

Being assertive means saying what you feel but staying respectful to others.

To be assertive you need to stand up for yourself but also look out for other people's feelings, without getting angry.
