How can I calm down?
Scientists say that some people are born with more angry feelings than others, but everyone can learn ways to calm down.

The main three ways to stop yourself becoming angry are:

  • Show your feelings by being assertive.
  • Put your anger onto something else.
  • Use ways of calming yourself.
