History of the World Cup
The Rugby Union World Cup is held every four years, and this time it's in Australia.

Only three countries have ever won the tournament, and no team from the Northern Hemisphere has ever done so.

The teams play for the William Webb Ellis Cup, named after the man who invented the game back in 1816.
