The Paralympics are a massive sporting event for athletes with disabilities and take place in Athens, Greece from 17-28 September.
They use many of the same venues that were used in the summer Olympics in August.
The athletes compete in 26 different sports and are split into six different categories of disability.
Athletes don't always stay in the same category, or classification, as they can change as they get older.
Around 4,000 athletes are taking part in the Paralympics from 145 different countries.
