What if it's happening to me?
Tell an adult you trust. It could be an aunt or uncle, grandparent, older brother or sister.

Or it could be someone outside your family - a friend's mum or dad, or a teacher you get on well with.

If you can't talk to anyone you know, call or e-mail one of the helplines like ChildLine or the NSPCC.
