Bush would be good for the country
Updated 02 November 2004, 10.30
Chris supports Bush
Chris agrees with George Bush's plans for the environment.

"I think George Bush would be good for the country and for the environment.

I am also concerned about education and the war in Iraq and other things going on in the world.

During the commercials on TV, George Bush has been very open about what he wants for the country.

I believe he will do the things he says he will do. We just have to give him a chance.

More serious

He seemed more serious than Kerry about his plans for the country. He will do things that are positive.

He has done a lot of good things and is trying to help people out instead of just leaving them behind.

In education, he says that no child will be left behind.

In my class there are a couple of people who support Kerry and the rest of the support George Bush.

Excited

Even though I can't vote yet, I'm still interested in the election campaign. I like to look out for the future.

Everybody here is really excited about the election and are waiting to see who will win.

I think the election will be close because Bush and Kerry are both very supportive of what happens in the country."

Christopher, 11, Washington DC
