  I met Sarah Michelle Gellar
Updated 29 March 2004, 11.08
Sam gets a kiss from Sarah Michelle Gellar
Press Packer Sam went to the star-studded premiere of Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed.

In his report Sam tells us who he met and what the after-show party was like.

On Friday, 26 March I got up and went to school as normal, only that day wasn't going to be normal. It was going to be a very different day!

I was chosen to go to the premiere of Scooby Doo 2.

Shaking!

When we got to the venue we talked over the script with the Newsround crew and got our tickets and press passes all ready.

I also had to get all suited up into my presenter's microphone.

I was shaking so much that I could hardly believe it.

A kiss

I got to interview Emma Watson, The Cheeky Girls, Big Brovaz, D-Side, Tom Felton and finally, Sarah Michelle Gellar!

I gave Sarah a gift and I also got a kiss from her (HOORAY!).

Next, I actually went in to see the film.

The film lasted for about an hour and it was a truly fabulicious film!

Cobwebs

To top off the whole evening, my Dad and I followed the green carpet down to the after-show party.

The decorations were absolutely amazing!

It had cobwebs and suits of armour and paintings with eyes that follow you around everywhere!

The food was lovely.

Best night

The night was absolutely fantastic and I would do it again and again and again!

It was the best night of my life and I imagine that it will always be that.

I'm extremely proud of myself for getting to do this."

Sam, 11, Luton
