Emma's been taking a look (or listen!) at the people behind some of the most famous cartoon characters in the world
Everyone loves watching cartoons such as The Simpsons, Futurama and The Rugrats because they are just so funny.
But did you ever stop to think about the voice-over artists doing the voices of them?
Not many people care about the voices behind these cartoon characters, yet without them, cartoons world be incomplete.
Not just Homer
There are some voice-over artists who you'll want to know about.
Firstly, there's Dan Castellaneta, the guy who voices Homer Simpson and also Abe Simpson, Barney Gumble, Krusty the Clown, and loads more.
Next, there's Billy West, who is best known for his voice work in Futurama as Fry, Professor Farnsworth and John Zoidberg.
Plus, he's the voice behind some legendary characters such as Woody Woodpecker and Bugs Bunny.
Hollywood stars
Other great voice-over artists include Nancy Cartwright (Bart Simpson and Chuckie in The Rugrats, E.G. Daily (Tommy in The Rugrats), and Hank Azaria (Moe, Apu and Wiggum in The Simpsons.)
Even Hollywood A-listers are trying their hand at voice-overing, such as:
Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez, Frankie Muniz, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Haley Joel Osment, Bruce Willis, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Billy Crystal, Jennifer Aniston, and Tom Hanks.
In the future, watch the credits at the end of a cartoon or animated film, because you never know whose name you could see.
