I am not a vegan by choice.
I'm lactose intolerant and allergic to eggs and potatoes, so it is forced upon me.
If I eat anything that I am allergic to, I end up being extremely ill.
Used to it
I have to check the ingredients on everything I eat.
I can't eat out or have take away, as I cannot be totally sure of the ingredients.
It's a hard life but I am used to it now, as I found out about all of my allergies years ago and I have now had time to adjust."
