Chelsea fan Fred reckons all their new players could mean they come top of the Premiership this year.
Here are his predictions for the season.
"I've been a Chelsea fan all my life and I can't wait to see how they do this season.
I used to play for Chelsea in the Under eights, but then I got too old. One day I'd like to play for them again.
New players
I think we've got a good chance of doing well this year. The new Russian boss Abramovich has signed up lots of good players and so we've got more chance of winning the premiership.
They haven't won for quite a long time.
But a good team also needs to work well together.
Zola was my fave
My favourite player is Gianfranco Zola but he left last month and signed up to an Italian club.
New boss Abramovich tried to buy him back but he had already made a promise to his Italian club, he said he wasn't going to leave.
I think a winning team needs good players and good teamwork. Their manager Claudio Ranieri is alright but I preferred Gianluca Vialli or Ruud Gullit.
Gullit was good because he knew where to put players and won us the FA Cup.
Newcastle will do well
Last season Chelsea came fifth but this year I think they might win the Premiership.
I also think Newcastle might do OK this year, and Liverpool could do well.
This year I predict Chelsea will come first, Arsenal second, Man U third, Newcastle fourth and Liverpool fifth.
My mum's trying to get me a season ticket for my birthday but we're at the bottom of the waiting list so I might have to watch it on TV instead."
