Jodie is confused by what she is and isn't allowed to do at age 13.
She explains her dilemma.
"At 13 years old I thought I would be a child!
I am too young to vote, too young to smoke, too young to drink alcohol, too young to get married and too young to have sex, along with a whole host of other things.
And yes, I agree I am a child and too young for these things.

So why am I charged adult rates at theme parks, adult prices when I go on holidays with my parents, adult prices at theme parks abroad, adult prices in many restaurants that claim to have children's menus.
