Like all Potter fans, Kirsty can't wait for 21 June.
In her report she tells us the plans she made for that special day.
"With Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix days away from release, the world has once again gone Harry Potter mad!
And my friends and I are no exception.
We have been planning what to do since the date was announced.
I will be travelling over 200 miles to my friend's house in Grimsby, to celebrate the occasion.
On Friday, 20 June, we're going to spend the day getting 'Potterised' and dressing up as our favourite characters.
I will be going as Ron Weasley and my friends are going as Hermione Granger, Draco Malfoy, Professor Sprout and Percy Weasley.
Also, one of my friends is going as a muggle! But a proper muggle, so the whole tea-cosy for a hat thing!!
Then, we will be going to a midnight opening at Ottakers, Grimsby, where we'll queue from 5.30pm until the store opens at midnight.
We have learnt all the songs from the books and made up a few of our own to pass the time, which will be fun.
Read all night
When we have got our books, we plan to read until we finish which could take us well into Saturday morning!
A lot of people at my school think I'm sad and immature because I'm 15, and they say I'm too old for it.
But, it really doesn't bother me what they say because I love everything to do with Harry and his amazing world of magic.
I can't wait for the new book!
