  Leave Girls Aloud alone!
Updated 02 January 2003, 12.40
Girls Aloud have been given a hard time by some critics
Siobhan thinks everyone should stop giving Girls Aloud a hard time over their singing.

"I absolutely love Girls Aloud and wish people would stop slagging them off.

Some people have spread rumours saying they don't sing on their record - Sound Of The Underground - and this is really unfair.

Of course it's them singing ! No one else could sound exactly like Cheryl, Sarah, Nadine, Nicola and Kimberley.

One True Voice also became victims of another mean rumour saying they weren't singing on their song, Sacred Trust, either!

Fair winners

One True Voice have also faced critics
One True Voice
Both bands were chosen fair and square in the competition Popstars: The Rivals, by we, the viewers and fans.

I think it's really unfair on the bands - nobody deserves to be involved with such nasty rumours.

And I'd like to ask anyone spreading the rumour they would like it if someone was talking about you like that?"

Siobhan, 14, Newcastle upon Tyne
