More action for Legolas

The film begins exactly where the first film finishes, with the Fellowship on a quest to destroy the Ring of power.

The Fellowship splits into three groups - Frodo and Sam, Legolas, Gimli and Aragorn and in the third Merry and Pippin.

And there's so much action as you see what's going on in the different groups.

I thought the special effects were brilliant. My favourite part was the half-hour battle scene at the end.

A jumpy scene!

Battle scene was the best!

It was so realistic, especially when an explosion breaks a wall and people go flying everywhere.

There was one part of the film where I jumped but I won't say where that happened - it would spoil the surprise!

But overall it wasn't that scary.

My favourite characters were Gollum and Gimli, they were very funny and had the audience laughing.

Bring tissues!

I would recommend seeing the Fellowship of the Ring first, otherwise you won't really understand what's going on in this one.

I won't give away the ending but it is quite moving, even some celebrities looked like they had been crying when they came out of the cinema.

Overall, this film is better than I imagined and I had big expectations!

The whole film will have you on the edge of your seat from start to finish - I give it 11 out of 10.

I can't wait to go and see it again with my mates."
