Hi everyone! My name's Nicole, I'm 16 and I'm a footballer.
I play for Arsenal and England under-17s. I'm in my first term at Loughborough University on a three-year national football scholarship.
This is my diary.
10 October
Loughborough v Lincoln.
We won 6-0, it felt so good. Especially after all my injury worries the month before. The best thing is that we won because we were the stronger side, although it took us a while to score.
We were away at Lincoln, so we had to keep the pressure up the whole time, it was only in the last 15 minutes that we began to lose it.
I set up a really nice goal which helped build my confidence.
15 October
Match cancelled, bit dull really.
21 October
Brilliant treat, England under-17s took us training near Heathrow, we got to stay in a really glamorous hotel. Football has its perks.
23 October
Off to France for more training, this time at the French National Football Academy.
It was really impressive, England are building one right now and hopefully it will help our game as much as it helps theirs.
25 October
England v France
We had our first European game as a squad. We lost 2-1, but I'm not too bothered.
We're all brand new to the team and inexperience was our only problem.
For me, it was also a learning opportunity because I was played in defence.
Normally I'm up front on the right-wing, but our manager wanted me back as I'm one of the more experienced.
I enjoyed the change, getting a taste for defence, although I did miss taking people on directly. When you're back, you have to think about the goal first.
7 November
My first press call.
The England squad organised a chance for us to meet the press so we'd get used to it.
We were filmed training, I think Newsround were there actually, and I was interviewed for the FA website.
It was a bit awkward having to talk with a microphone recording everything, but I got through it.
I haven't seen it on the FA's website though :(
