I never saw who the Queen really was. Then it started to mean something to me, and now I think the Queen is great!

The Coronation

I think it was my school that helped me realise. Now I've seen so much more about the Queen, I really understand.

Our class went to Westminster Abbey, to look at The Queen's Coronation Chair.

We re-enacted the Coronation and I was a bridesmaid!

It was very funny to dress up but interesting to see the service.

Great woman

We have also watched a video on the Queen's Coronation, so our school has Golden Jubilee fever!

But it's not only that the Queen is Queen, also that she is a great woman herself.

I haven't met her, but I seem to think that, she reminds me of my dead great grandma, who was a great woman too."
