  It's grosstastic!
Updated 10 May 2002, 17.03

Press Packer Toby finds out about bogeys, burps and other body functions at the Grossology exhibits at the Science Museum in London.

"The burps and belches stand is pretty good - you can see how it works quite clearly because as you pump the stomach it burps.

But the snot exhibit is difficult to understand - the voice isn't very easy to hear. I'd prefer it to be more hands on so you do more than just prompt the information.

Realistic snot

Inside the giant nose was good - the slime and snot did look very realistic!

I liked the smell exhibit where you had to identify smells - it's good because you learn to identify the smells of the body in a funny and interesting way.

The bogeys game was my favourite - you had to shoot dirt balls up the giant nose and sometimes it was sneeze it back at you. I liked it because you understood what it was showing you right away and it was hands on.

It's grosstastic here - more gross than I thought it would be!

It's good fun for a day out - it's educational and I learnt things I haven't learnt before. It feels like you've stepped into the human body.

Although it costs 3.95 to get into the exhibition I think it's still worth it - you do get to see the rest of the museum as well. I might recommend it to my mates for a laugh."
