Jacqueline has written other books too

I'm a huge fan of Tracey Beaker and I found out that a new book is on the way.

I couldn't get any secrets out of Jacqueline about the new book, but I did find out she'd wanted to be a writer since she was only six years old.

At 17, Jacqueline started writing for adults, but soon switched over to kids' stuff.

Jacqueline told me the idea for Tracey came to her in a dream and she still dreams about Tracey and her adventures.

I really like her books, but if pushed, I prefer the TV show!"
