People seem to think that riding horses is an easy job and yes, the riding part can be easy but there is a lot more hard work that goes into it.

I would like to raise the awareness of the horse's plight.

I have owned horses and know how hard it can be. People buy horses and think that all they have to do is exercise them but there's a lot more to it than that.

Getting up early to muck out

There are hundreds of horses in this country that live in an awful state because their owners cannot be bothered to get up early in the morning to feed and muck out before work or school.

People should realise that owning a horse is not just about riding it regularly, but more importantly it is about taking good care of your pet."
