As I walk through green parks, as golden-brown leaves gather at my feet and the first few drops of rain fall, plunging on earth, I can hear the innocent laughter of children. Will this laughter be heard in a decade?
Will this natural beauty be there in the next century?
Technology is taking over
Over the centuries London has changed dramatically and it has seen many events take place on its shores. Now, as we've just entered the 21st Century, the world depends on technology for most things.
Computers, televisions, videos and many other electrical appliances have taken over our lives.
As I walk by the river I can see London being transformed from a beautiful place to an industrialized world, where technology replaces people.
Will I hear the sound of laughter again? Will I be able to hear the river crash on its banks and will I ever see a flower blossom freely again?
Time will tell...
