Be our Guest Editor in January
Updated 14 November 2003, 09.05

Do you fancy being a guest editor for a day at the CBBC Newsround website?

You'll get involved in choosing what stories will be published on the website and read by children all over the world.

And you'll get an amazing behind-the-scenes look at how the website - and the TV programme - are put together.

We're looking for a Press Packer to come to the BBC in London for a day in January to help with our headlines and deadlines.

If you'd like to be considered for this amazing opportunity, all you have to do is tell us why you think you'd be a great guest editor of the day - and tell us about an interesting story from your local area.

It could be something that directly affects children, or just something that really interests you. Or a story about someone who's done something really unusual.

You could look in your local paper for ideas.

And if you have already submitted an entry for any previous months' Guest Editor, don't forget to try again!

Closing date for January's Guest Editor: 14 December.

Good luck!
