Scooby-Doo has overtaken The Simpsons as the cartoon comedy with the most episodes.
So, are you surprised this classic cartoon, which began in 1969, is still going strong?
How do you think it compares with The Simpsons or Futurama?
Do you think 'the old ones are the best ones'... or do you prefer new cartoons like The Justice League and Teen Titans?
E-mail and let us know what your fave cartoon is and why!

I love the new series of Powerpuff Girls because they're just so cute and the story is always different! Cuties!

Charlotte, 10, Leicester
I am probably the biggest cartoon fan in my year 'cos I love drawing them. My fave on cartoon network has to be the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy 'cos it's so funny and I like the twisted drawings which for a kiddy's cartoon is pretty freaky. Nothing can take over THE SIMPSONS!!!! I am a serious fan of them and all the characters and can't miss an episode! Futurama is also a big fave of mine as well.

Rachel, 14, Hitchin
I like Futurama and Fairly Odd Parents but my favourite cartoon has to be The Simpsons!!!!! I AM THEIR BIGGEST FAN!!!

Anoushka, 11, Rotherham
I'm a HUGE Disney Freak! I love Disney cartoons- especially the old ones.

Heather, 14, London
I love things like Mona the Vampire, Fairly Odd Parents, Rugrats and All Grown Up! Purely because they have really cool theme tunes which are so groovy to sing along to! Kate, 14, Aylesbury
I don't usually like cartoons, but my favourite is Fairly Odd Parents as it is really funny and each episode is different. It is such a unique show! Jenny, 13, Hertfordshire
I like the Fairly Odd Parents (funny), Simpsons (wicked and very funny), Arthur (it's kind of educational in a way) and Rugrats (cute babies). Sarah, 14, Cardiff
It's not that common but I adore the Redwall series. The little animal characters are sooo cute.
Becky, 10, Oswestry
I love Ruby Gloom. She's more of a gothic character and I just love her style!
Leanne, 11, Crewe
To me, cartoons make no sense and soaps and films are much better. Cartoons make you think that things that aren't real are real.
Jodie, 11, Widness
I absolutely love the Simpsons because it has been around for years and every episode makes me laugh.
Paulina, 10, Sutton
I can't stand cartoons apart from the least childish. I only like Simpsons, Futurama, Rugrats and Arthur. All the others are just babyish and not funny - they have the same jokes over and over again, like Scooby Doo - which "scary" monster will they conquer this week?!
Sarah, 15, Oxfordshire
I like Samurai X (Japanese anime) and Ninja Turtles cos it's full of action but Scooby-Doo is really funny!
Fara, 13, Middle East
I like cartoons because I'm hoping to be a cartoon computer animator and I am good at drawing cartoons. I'm trying hard not to like Dragonball Z but I cant help it. I think it's good because I like anime.
Simon, 14, Birmingham
I hate cartoons, the TV stations just repeat those shows over and over. That's why I don't watch TV anymore.
Emily, 13
The Simpsons!!! Where would I be without them!!! You can just watch them again and again and I seriously never get bored, and they are still funny!!
Leighann, 14, Solihull
I love all fighting cartoons such as Dragonball Z and Teen Titans. I think Scooby Doo is horrible - it should be called Scooby Poo!!
Khadija, 12, Redhill
My fave cartoons have to be the Disney collection. Donald Duck, Goofy, Mickey, Daisy, Minnie and Pluto - The best gang ever.
Hannah, 13, Newcastle
Sponge Bob is the best program because Patrick is so dim, Sponge Bob always does stupid things and Squidward has a big nose. Family Guy is also great because of Peter. He's stupid and hilarious.
Daisy, 11, Bristol
I love Japanese Animes because it's so beautiful and really creative. Cartoons are just great because they make you laugh - anything goes, even the impossible!
Shelly, 14, London
Daria is definitely the best cartoon! I love the way her characters voice is always so sarcastic!
Gilly, 12, Harrow
I love Dragonball Z, just so you know us girls watch it too. I think the animation in DragonBall Z is beautiful!
Kavita, 13, London
I luv the X Men cartoons!! They are wicked! They've got a lot of action in them and are funny.

I'm not really into cartoons. I like some of them, but some of them are brain washing. I'd rather watch a film or something like that. Lou, 11, Milton Keynes
The Fairly Odd Parents rocks. I never get tired of it, even the repeats! It's just really funny. Mark, 14, Middlesbrough
I love Japanese anime, it's really beautifully drawn. I also like the Simpsons, obviously! Sophie, 13, Birmingham
I like Arthur because even though I am 12, I find it really interesting and not childish. Harriet, 12, Taunton
I think Arthur is the best. It's dead funny and has a really catchy theme song. Emily, 11, Middlesbrough
I think Scooby-Doo is really good and it's cool that it's made it through 35 or however many years and is still popular. I think cartoons like The Simpsons aren't in the same league as Scooby-Doo - and the Simpsons/Futurama is for teenagers where as Scooby is for all ages! Tilly, 11, Bexhill-On-Sea
Rugrats!! It's just so funny and sometimes I can relate to the little babies because I always wanted to be older! Shannon, 14, Dublin
I like Scooby Doo, but I LOVE The Simpsons! I also love Dragonball Z, just so you know us girls watch it too. I think the animation in Dragonball Z is beautiful! Kavita, 13, London
I think Scooby Doo is the best because it is funny and I think the movies are cool! Sarah, 10, Portaferry
Fairly Odd Parents is great because it's imaginative and funny! Talia, 10, Twickenham
I love Teen Titans because it's fast, funny and the characters are beautifully drawn. Curtis, 13, Leicester
