There's a new film out about a man who lives on fast food every day for a month - and sees his health suffer as a result.
So have you ever eaten so much junk food it's made you ill?
Do you think that it's bad to eat it all the time, but in moderation it's fine?
Or do you think there's no such thing as too much junk food?!
However much junk food you eat, e-mail and let us know!

Fast food is popular everywhere, but the reason people like it is because it is all very salty and you don't have to cook a meal for yourself. Katie, 13, Glasgow
I enjoy junk food even though I know it's loaded with calories and fat. I think you should only have junk food as a treat once a week maximum! Natasha, 12, Liverpool
I think that film was a bit pointless because everyone knows that MacDonalds is bad for you but it isn't like someone has every single thing out of MacDonalds - it's not very likely! And of course you're going to put on weight if you do that! Ali, 12, Inverness
I eat junk food but I don't want to eat too much, because I can have high sugar in my blood that can cause diabetes that I don't want. Georgia, 12, Lincolnshire
I hardly ever eat junk food. I think it's really revolting, and they make me feel sick. I think it's unfair how McDonalds charge more for the healthier options than the burgers, because it is encouraging people to eat more junk. Ellen, 15, Nottingham
It's ok once in a while but it damages your health if you have it constantly. A lot of people at school have it every day but it makes me feel ill. Also you don't know where the meat is from. Emma, 12, Sunbury-on-Thames
Oh boy oh boy ... I can eat packet after packet after fish supper after chocolate cake after 3 bags of sweets without feeling sick. Actually, I used to eat loads of junk food, and that list was a one off... I've got a big appetite ... though I'm not fat, I'm pretty skinny, I tend to burn off a lot of the stuff I eat, and sometimes I don't eat all of my dinner. Lol, 'coz I've eaten too much food before hand! Andy, 14, Glasgow
I think that eating something like chips/burgers/fried food etc more than once a week is too much. I think that having chocolate or sweets once a day is fine, but more than that is too much. I think that anything in moderation is fine, but you have to be aware of how much is too much. Alice, 13, London
Saying that fast food suppliers like McDonalds should make their products more healthy so that people will be consuming less junk food is stupid. Can't people just learn for themselves when they're eating too much of an unhealthy thing? We should be able to govern our personal health for ourselves. Claire, 13, Aylesbury
I don't eat much junk food only chips. It's not that I like to be healthy it's just I don't like most fattening foods except chips! Hannah, 12, Hailsham
I like eating junk food but I get it as a treat so it's not too bad. Emma, 14, Broxbourne

I go through fast food like anything, but I do balance it out and actually exercise, not like most. Robert, 15, Chester
Junk food's ok. If you know when to stop eating it like not super size your meal all the time. But then also it's junk food stuff that's bad for us so really we shouldn't have stuff like a packet of crisps everyday like some people do. Sarah, 13, Hertfordshire
I absolutely love junk food. I know it's bad for me but sometimes you have to treat yourself, don't you? Lolly, 10, London
I can't stand eating junk food! It tastes like plastic and it makes me feel sick! Rhian, 14, Aberystwyth
I REALLY REALLY SERIOUSLY hate junk food - it makes me feel ill and you just feel sluggish for the rest of the day but there's nothing wrong with the odd MacDonalds if you have a healthy enough diet. Everything is ok in moderation is the best way to go by. Rachel, 12, Wirksworth
I'm not allowed to eat too much fatty foods. I'm only allowed one take away every 2 weeks. I don't mind though because I know my parents just want me to be healthy. John, 14, Derry
Junk food is a treat - it should be eaten in moderation. Yeah - I like McDonalds, but me and my mates go there once a month which seems reasonable, as girls in my class go every week! Ellie, 14, Bradford

I like food like burgers and chips, but I know it's fattening. My mum put me on a diet because I weigh 15 stone. Craig, 14, Stamford
Any amount of junk food is too much. I love chocolate and so I can talk but even the smallest bit of junk food a day can make you unhealthy you are only meant to have one fast food meal a month and try to limit the amount of sweets ,crisps etc... So I say when you notice the signs of eating too much junk food STOP!! Louise, 15, Glasgow
I love junk food! But I know it's bad for you and try to eat some healthy food which I like... even though I'd much prefer McDonalds. Amber, 11, Shrewsbury
I know not to have too much junk food, but I'm one of those people who eat when they're depressed. I know some people who don't have breakfast, and at lunch they just eat chips and sweets. It's quite disgusting to watch. Juliette, 13, Cardiff
I eat junk food but then I feel guilty as I sit and watch TV, so I run on the spot. If you go to a fast food place like, three times a week and not eat anything healthy in-between or exercise, then that is just plain silly. Eleanor, 11, Milton Keynes
I hardly ever eat junk food, because my mum and dad don't allow me to go most of the time. We only go to somewhere like McDonalds as a special treat, and it hasn't affected me at all! Sarah, 11, Shropshire
I love junk food, but I get too carried away. I eat so much I feel ill. I just get carried away!! So I don't think it's very good to have too much, but allowing yourself a little a day is fine. Sally, 15, Surrey

I met a girl once who told me her mum took her to McDonalds on a weekly basis, sometimes twice a week. That's just too much, junk should be a treat and nothing else. Megan, 11, Isle of Wight
I love junk food but don't eat much of it 'cuz it's unhealthy! I go to McDonalds every Saturday though... Jess, 14, Leicester
It's ok if you eat it rarely, I'd say once a week max. But you can't eat too much, as you'll get fat and really unfit. So I think junk food's ok in small amounts, but not in huge great big chunks! Kate, 13, Aylesbury
I don't eat junk food. It's so bad for you and it makes you feel gross anyway. Emma, 13, London
Junk food's fine but just don't eat it too often, I think that people should take responsibility for what they eat because we all know what it does to us, it's up to us now. Richard, 14, London
Junk food is fattening and not good for you. I try not to eat it and am fully behind healthy eating. Natalie, 14, Prestwich
Junk food is bad for you full stop. Eating so much everyday is seriously bad for your health. A couple of times a week should be enough, everyday is just bad for you. Chrissy, 14, Pontefract
Healthy food is as nice as junk food. Alexander, 10, Wells
They do the salads more expensive then burgers, this encourages kids to choose the burger as it is much cheaper. Emma, 15, Cumbria
