Kids have been advised to hide their games consoles this Christmas, as the over 65's want a piece of the action!
But how switched on are your grandparents?
Does your grandma know her Internet from her hair net?! Could your grandpa give you a run for your money on the PS2 or Xbox?
Or are your grandparents technology dinosaurs, in the sweetest sense of course?!

My grandma can work the TV but she can't work a computer and she has a mobile phone which she never turns on. My granny did a computer class. My grandpa hogs the TV so he knows all the buttons - but none of them have (really) never heard of a PS2. Meely, 10, London
My granny and granddad have a computer in the spare bedroom and a TV and sky digital, a TV and video in their bedroom, but all this is usually off. They hardly use some of it. My granddad doesn't EVER put his bum on the computer seat, well I haven't seen him. Sabrina, 11, Stafford

My grandma is really tech-savvy for her age. She's 74 but she can text (using txt msg writing), she's got a computer and she even plays with my Playstation with me sometimes when I visit her! I think she's really cool! Jess, 13, Leytonstone
My Granddad is: he can use the net, mobiles... all kinds (though he isn't great with texts!). But my Nan... she has a mobile, but doesn't quite understand. I had to explain the principle of 'off', 'on' and 'keypad locked' several times: although she doesn't quite get it! She kept accidentally ringing us in the small hours of the morning! And computers? My dad got my grandad a mobile last Christmas and my Grandma does computer classes. They're learning slowly but steadily!! I don't really mind if they don't know much about that stuff because that's not what counts. Anjali, 13, Luton

My gran and grandpa don't know the first thing about technology. If I tell them that I'm going to load up the computer, they think I'm going to go and use my DVD player, and they have difficulties changing channel on their TV!! I think my Xbox is safe. Sarah, 15, Lancashire
