How important is breakfast to you?
Updated 22 January 2003, 10.14

Apparently nearly a third of you are not eating anything for breakfast!

Do you think that breakfast is an important meal?

Do you have any weird breakfast habits? Maybe you eat odd things, or have it on the school bus.

Do you skip breakfast altogether? If so, why?

opening quoteI hate breakfast! On a school day it feels too early and there's not really enough time, but even though I really don't like any of the breakfasty type foods, I always eat something on a school day coz I know if I don't I won't have enough energy to last the morning! I never eat on a weekend though, probably coz I know that if I do get hungry there will always be some food in the next room!closing quote

opening quoteI think eating breakfast is really important. I always eat breakfast: Toast, eggs, and Orange Juice. Very rarely, I don't have time. On those days, I just grab toast and walk out the door. Occasionally, on the days where I have ABSOLUTELY no time, when I am at school, I spend more time thinking about what is for lunch, and how hungry I am than concentrating on my studies. I used to never eat breakfast, and when I didn't and was at school, I felt a feeling like an empty pit was in my stomach. So eat breakfast!closing quote
