Where have you been for so long and what have you been up to?

Natalie: I took a year off and did a couple of songs for films, Identify for the Stigmata soundtrack and a song with Nick Seymour from Crowded House for a film called Go plus a duet with Tom Jones for his Reload album. Then the song writing process took 12 months and then the album took two years to make.

Natalie: Long at the moment, I'm going to grow it even longer.

Natalie: I don't think so. It would be funny if all the old cast returned though.

Natalie: I've loved singing since I was very young. I started singing lessons when I was 13.

Where did the name for your forthcoming album, White Lilies Island, come from?

Natalie: I live on an island in Windsor called White Lilies Island, so a lot of the songs were written there.

Your new song, That Day, is very different from Torn, so what inspired such a change in style?

Natalie: Going on tour definitely had an impact on my new album. I wanted a more of a 'live band' sound and I chose 'That Day' because it was so different from Torn.

Natalie: It's good fun, I get to travel all over the world, singing my songs but it's hard work too.
